ADVICE on Core i3 540 supported cheapest motherboard with DDR3

I'm planning to buy core i3 540 mainly for the purpose of gaming. I want a motherboard as I'm having a motherboard which supports only core2duo and dualcore CPUs. I want a motherboard with DDR3 support and PCI slots, and must overclocking utilities. and which costs really less. May be the cheapest with these features?

I don't know where you live, but newegg had a biostar h55 board for $54.99 shipped yesterday in it's email promos. It's expired now. Msi and biostar are the cheapest boards I would use.
