HELP my pc keeps rebooting randomly

No matter what I am doing, weather I am online or just using a computer program like Word or Adobe, my computer restarts by itself. Sometimes I am not even doing anything and it stills does it, and sometimes even when I just turn it on. What can I do to fix this.

It could be a heat issue.

Have you recently opened your computer up and used compressed air to clean all the heatsinks and fans out?
