I'm looking to build my first computer and I've looked at a few guides about which parts to pick and which work with which and I don't want to pick the wrong ones. So i came here in search of help and advice. This computer is just going to be used for 1080p videos and general things like internet and word documents.
APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: About a month or so
BUDGET RANGE: 800-1000 before taxes. I think it may be done for less so just let me know.
SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: 1080p videos, Internet
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: I have a set of JBL Creatures II but if you think i'm better off with something else let me know.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: British Columbia, Canada
PARTS PREFERENCES: No preference but I would like a monitor that is 20-24", a wireless mouse and keyboard, and a wireless internet card for desktops.
OVERCLOCKING: Maybe
MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I would like the computer to be quiet as it is in my room. Also will 500gb be a good amount of space? I have a music collection of about 40gb and I will be downloading hd movies and such. Lastly I burn my own 360 games so I would also need a dual layer burner.
