Passwords

Hello,after i press f12 i am asked for a password before i can bootup the password is one my daughter has for her standard account this happened after she ran the battery down and windows closed down ihave tried to remove this password but no luck iam the administrator all the logon passwords are fine having this extra password is really annoying help please ihave a toshiba l670d 1on
