Audacity will only record when my mic is pluged in to the headphone jacks?

Hello,
I would like to listen to music while I record my lyrics into Audacity. But it will only pick up my voice when the mic is pluged into the headphone jack. so when I play the music as I am recording, it also records the music I am playing. does any one know how to set the recording back to the microphone jack?

Works fine here with me.

Select the input device as mic or line in. and listen your music from headphone or better yet from some other source. You can always edit *** out.
