Front panel of HDD light not working asus p5kpl-am/ps

My front pannel HDD LED is not working.it is not glowing when my hdd working,when the HDD work it must be blinking. my motherboad is ASUS P5KPL-AM/PS.My cabinate(tech-com) other things is fully working like USB , audio jack. please help my out .. as soon as possible.

Verify that your front panel HDD connector is properly attached to the correct motherboard header pins. See the front panel connections diagram in your motherboard manual.

You hooked it on backwards, flip it around.
