CPU : AMD phenom ii X4 925
MOBO: Asus M4A785T-M DDR3
GFX: GTS 250 512mb ddr3

I want to know how much minimum Watt of PSU i need in case of
"Cooler Master eXtreme Power Plus" and in case of "TAGAN" ?????

Allow for some level of future upgrades and go for a PSU (80%plus) between 450 and 550 watts. To answer your question, 450 watts would be the minimum you need. But, allow for some future upgrades.
Also, look for what is on sale. If there is a 650 watts PSU on sale, go for it.
