What is your budget? What will this system be used for? What kind of case/PSU/HDD/optical/GPU do you have? There is no one golden combination that will be the best.

I would like to stay under $850 max $ 1000, mostly business apps. need to run XP programs so I know that I need to run windows 7 pro /ultimate, some entertainment movies maybe TV. no heavy gaming, HDD 1T, network gigabit... must have upgradeability , my last requirement is reliability. I do not need a keyboard, mouse, speakers or monitor.
