Difference between GSkill P67 RAM and others

Hi,
Sandy Bridge mobos are coming out and so are the RAMs.
I don't understand the difference between RAM specifically designed for the P67 mother board such as this: (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231427&cm_re=gskill_4_GB-_-20-231-427-_-Product)
and normal GSkills RAM compatible with the P55 mobo and to my knowledge also compatible with the P67 mobo (http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277&cm_re=gskill_4_GB-_-20-231-277-_-Product)

Is there a performance difference or is the second not compatible with the P67 mobo?
Which one would you recommend for a Sandy Bridge build?

As far as I can see, the only difference is the appearance of the heat spreaders.
Either should be good for a sandy build, but with free shipping, the second would be cheaper.

Actually, I would spring for a 2 x 4gb kit if funds permit.

The only thing that makes RAM "designed for P67" is that it's rated for 1.5v spec. Pretty much any RAM from a quality manufacturer that's rated for 1.5v will work for a Sandy Bridge system.
