Windows 64 bit to 34 bit

I have an hp pavilion g6. Yesterday, the screen went pink. I restored it to factory settings hoping that might fix it, but it didn't. Later, I opened it and turned it on and voila! It was normal again. Then I had to get it back to where I liked it. Aside from some basic stuff like my anitvirus and malware bytes, I resintalled excel and word 2010.

But when I went to install via CD a program that worked fine earlier - it wouldn't install. It said I had a 64 bit computer now. I know I had a 32 bit before. Did restoring it to factory settings change that?

I want it back to 32 because I use this one program very heavily and now I can't install it!

usually if there is an image in the hard disk they will offer you both or either 1. so you will need to check out which version is setup for you on your image
