Chrome adblock

Is there an adblock for windows xp google chrome? I tried to download them and it says:
"An error has occurred, could not create download directory".

What's this? Does adblock not work for windows xp?

Yes, I know what adblock is, I use it on my other PC. As stated above:

"I tried to download [adblock] and it says: 'An error has occurred, could not create download directory'."

Linking me a download link to adblock is not helpful as the whole question was what is causing the issue preventing me from downloading it.
