Putting specific drive in Sleep mode?

Hello,
I'm running an SSD as my primary and would like to power down the secondary hd in sleep or hibernate mode. I'm running Widows 7 Pro.
Is there a way? I don't want to put the SSD to sleep.

None that I know of. You could put the drives on a sleep timer of say an hour or so and that would likely sleep your idle storage drive, but it would also apply to other drives, but this assumes your SSD will never be idle for more than an hour. Good question.
