One or Two Bridges for the 5850?

As the title states one or two crossfire bridges for the 5850? I've googled and some people say they needed two, others say just one. Just need to know if will work with only one because one of the cards did not have a crossfire bridge included.

People say that two bridges offers more performance (0.5%?), but otherwise, one is fine.
