SSD might be dying?

Hello, I have the Crucial M4 SSD and i think it might be dying but im not sure. i bought it in late October so its been like 7-8 months and i never had a problem til now. It still super fast and everything, still has all the gigs it ever had but lately something weird has been happening. I came home one day and noticed that my pc restarted and that it was running off my other hard drive, not my SSD. So i unplugged that one and restarted it and it was fine, but after an hour of being on it shuts down and then wont boot up again from the SSD because it says there are no boot devices or something. Just before it shuts down, all programs that were running stop working, Chrome will stop going to the next page or wont refresh. I cant open games or anything. Games that were up just freeze then close. Im not even sure if its the hard drive or what. maybe it could be a virus? but i ran a scan and it turned out to be all clean. Any ideas?
