I'd upgrade the GTS250 to a 5770.

I have the OS already I should have mentioned that sorry. As for the card you linked it seems to have a fair amount of 1 eggers. Does HIS have a bad rep for bad quality?

I've had a couple of HIS cards in systems i've put together and haven't had any problems with them. Most of the 1 egg reviews were early in the 5770 release cycle and can probably be attributed to driver problems. I wouldn't have any problems with a HIS card, but you can always go with a XFX card with a lifetime or double lifetime warranty for about $10 more.
