First lesson. NEVER use third party software to update your drivers, this is what happens all the time. Try system restore going back to a date before you ran the driver update tool. If that doesn't work get a program called "HDD Regenerator." Its great at fixing windows and HDD errors and restoring your system. If you can't use your system to download it, use a fiends, or download it at the local library. Follow directions to make a usb bootable verison. Change your Bios to boot from a usb. Reboot wiht it in the usb slot and just follow the directions to restore your computer.
