Mac Powerbook 3400 Series AC Power Cable

I was lately given by a relative a Mac Powerbook 3400 Series
Laptop without any cable or battery at all. I was kind of new with
laptops especially a Mac Laptop. Where do I get an AC cable
compatible with this laptop. I see that it's rated 24V with
1.87A Max written on the back of the laptop. What about its
battery. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
