1TB SSDs anytime soon? What about 2Tb?

Now that a 500GB is $350, I was hoping to see some 2.5" 1TB SSDs, hell even 2TB in the future. Any rumors of when this might happen?

There is only one 2.5" 1TB SSD. It's been out for about 5 months:
