Selection of GPU for my gaming PC

This is Indrashis.....
I have selected 2 processor which are almost same in price here(India)....
AMD PHENOM II X4 945 & INTEL Core i3 530....
Which of these 2 processor will be good for my rig.....(I will have one ATI HD 5770 1gb card)
Please advice............

Obviously the AMD processor as it is a quad core (the i3 530 is a dual core if you don't know it already)..
