Is this a good build?
Do I need a heat sync????
What about an extra fan?

Solution
If you are open to it, I would recommend a build based off of the AMD Athlon II X3 440 AM3 to give you the best option to max the game out.

What is your budget, as that is not the best of builds....
1) Not the best choice of GPU's
2) Not the best choice of PSU's
3) A better choice for hard drive can be had

Have you thought about an AM3 build if on a tight budget??

To my mind, a good solid 1156 based build will run ya $1100 w/o OS, Monitor, KB, Mouse and OS. At $800, I'd have to recommend the AMD route

Ok lets say I'm open to it. What else would you recommend, i.e., motherboard, etc.

This looks solid, thank you but I'm really not looking to spend this much. I would like room for expansion in the future. Which is why I chose my crap.
