Hi,

I have a 320 GB internal hard drive installed. I want to add another internal hard drive (2 TB) in my system. Will it be supported?

My System Specs are:

Dell Dimension E520

Intel Core2Duo 1.86 Ghz

P965 Chipset

Yes, as long you have a spare SATA port.

Connect the new drive to one of those ports, and connect the power cable to the drive (with the computer powered off), then when you start up Windows will ask you to format the new drive. Just follow the prompts and do a "quick format"

Of cause, if you have another sata port, in your situation you could connect tow hdd, then clone the old HDD to new one, and make the old hdd as a backup disk, then working with the new hdd.

Yes, XP 32-bit supports up to 2TB volumes, but no more than that.
