Not Sure what motherboard

I thought I knew but i'm totally in the dark.
Im scared of getting a DOA incident with a motherboard.
What I need is a motherboard that can support

Phentom II X6 1090T
between 8-16gigs of DDR3 ram
1 Radeon 6850

I dont want to be spending over $100
Preferably around $40-$60
Anyone got any boards that have a very low chance of DOA on me?
