ESATA internal header?

Hi all,

Sorry if this is the wrong place to put this but it seemed right to me, anyway, to the point;

I have just purchased a Coolermaster HAF922 and am fitting a Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD3R into it, all is going well :)  BUT the case has an eSATA connector on its front panel and I don't want to leave it unconnected but where do I plug it into my motherboard? Obviously I thought there would be a header like for front USBs and audio but there doesn't seem to be :S

So my question really is; Do I plug it into a normal internal SATA port and power any external HDD with a power brick or should my motherboard/future motherboard have a front panel eSATA header on it?

All very confusing to me :S (its my first build)

Thanks for your help
