SATA HARD DRIVES

I accidentally dropped my harddrive yesterday and now my laptop wont read it, is there a way to fix it? and do i need to replace the circuit board?

you need to replace the hard disc

Yep sounds like the drive needs replacing.

Are there any other options? the drive is still spinning no clicking sound. My data retrieval software is reading hd

So it has power and the recovery software can save your files? If so try reformatting it after recovery.
