How to fix windows xp keeps restarting

Hello,
my pc keeps on restarting randomly after some time span while wrking n i get a blue screen showing some memory locations..?? what shud i do pls help me out..

Try new RAM first thing. If that does not help, you can do a Repair installation of Windows using your XP disk.
