Motherboard manuals

I have a motherboard whose only identification is 869AS. it's a socket 462 and has a square chip with the label CRUSH on it (presumably the bios chip.it is fitted with 3 ddr1 memory sockets 5 PCI sockets and ! AGP graphics card socket.
Can anyone help ? I need a manual for it but cannot identify it.
