Mainboard temp reading 59 degrees C

I have tried several temp monitoring software and all of them say my mainboard temp is 59 degrees C this seems way too hot. This is the temp when computer is just starting up, idling and also at other times. Below have included the specs of my computer. All other temperatures ie cpu cores and gpu I reading well within normal and safe ranges. Anyone have ideas on how to cool my mainboard?

Your chipset heatsinks may be defective (bad thermal paste, improper seating, etc). Check there.
