How many fans will i need and what kind? (case comes with 5)
Do I need any cooling (if I choose to overclock)?

If you chose to overclock I would recommend the Hyper 212 (you can get it on Amazon for 30$). Also I think two 120mm can keep this system cool but what case are you using? The Antec Two/Three Hundred, the CM II Advanced, HAF 922, CM Storm Scout, Antec 600 Hundred, etc.?

Yes it's a great case! that system will stay cool. For the money it's a great build!
