If you chose to overclock I would recommend the Hyper 212 (you can get it on Amazon for 30$). Also I think two 120mm can keep this system cool but what case are you using? The Antec Two/Three Hundred, the CM II Advanced, HAF 922, CM Storm Scout, Antec 600 Hundred, etc.?
