CF 4890s or?!

Hey guys...been a long time

I just have a quick question for ya...i have access to CF 4890s for around $280/300

I kno in general, that CF 4890s compete with the HD5870 etc., but personally which would u go for?
It looked good cause it was a nice setup for a decent cost or would u get a better single card instead?
The way i view it, I'm basically getting a great setup for less than a single HD5870/50 or 470/480.

The setup I would get also has Waterblocks installed which is a plus for my h2o system, but my friend is also building a new computer so this is for him too.

CF 4890 would beat the HD5870 nicely.

For $300 you really can't go wrong. If DX11/heat/power isn't important to you, grab them.

Thats what i felt as well...I mean...heat and Power are non issues and fwir, the only real advancement with DX11 is the addition of Shader Model 5.0 (gasp) and better support for tesselation...2 things that don't rly mean a lot to me. Can always get another card and $300 (looking less with a deal) is just awesome especially with $200 in waterblocks.

Agreed with shadow, your gettin' one hell of a deal with two 4890's for only $300.
