Hi,
My vodafone usb stick is showing error in installation-file needed usstor.sys.i searched on google about the same and it said i should uninstall the existing usbstor.sys n reboot ma comp.i followed the procedure but still installation didnt wrk.what should i do?

The error actually refers to usbsor.sys?
So U uninstalled it, and after U restarted Windows it didn't come back to the C:\System32 folder ? Weird...

U can try to copy (if you have another in your PC) to C:\Windows\System32 folder

-there might be one located in C:\System32\DLL Cache

Go to any folder, go to Tools menu >go to View, and CHECK the Show hidden files and folder and UNCHECK the Hide extension for known file types and UNCHECK hide protected operating system files.

Go to the C:\Windows\System32\Dll Cache and copy the usbstor.sys and paste it in the C:\System32 folder.

Now reverse the settings by going back to any folder, go to Tools menu >go to View, and CHECK the Don't show hidden files and folder and CHECK the Hide extension for known file types and CHECK hide protected operating system files.
