Asus Maximus 4 Extreme & Asus DirectCU GPU!

Anyone out there who have the AM4E and any Asus AMD/NVIDIA Direct CU 3-slot monster in their rig? I'm asking because I'm planning to buy those mobo & the 2x asus direct cu 3-slot & CF/SLI it. What pcie lane # did you use? What's your computer case?
