I plan to buy a i5 2500k and overclock it to 4.5Ghz with a A70 CROSAIR .
I will buy a sapphire 6950 and overclock it to a 6970 maybe crossfire it 3 yrs down the line .
my ram (8GB) 1600Mhz.
i will probably have an 1Tb hard disk (6gbs)
MAIN PURPOSE IS GAMING (games like crysis at 1920*1080)

could someone suggest the best lga 1155 mobo for such a build?amongst the following preferably ASUS..(p8h67)

The Asus model you must have is a "P67" mobo not h67, if you're gonna OC! The Asus P8P67 Deluxe or Pro are will be great for your planned rig!

Yeah, something like one of the ASUS P8P67 series or the ASRock P67 Extreme4/Extreme6 would work well for you.

You definitely don't want an H67 board, as you cannot overclock with those.

Be careful of what you buy, when you buy a P67 mobo. Make sure the packaging comes w/ a logo saying a "B3" logo on it. If the boards does not come w/ one, don't buy it. It will have the chipset problem. If you don't know what that is, the SATA 2 ports connection will degrade overtime because of a design error of the chipset!
