I'm currently using one M4 64GB for OS and thinking upgrade it. Newegg is promoting Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB for only $80 today, I'm thinking buy one OR get another M4 64GB for RAID0. What do u guys recommed?

Use single Kingston HyperX 3K 120GB for $80 or get M4 64GB for $74 for RAID0?

Special deal on HyperX 3K is end today, need to make decision asap, please help me choose one.

Thanks !!

You lose TRIM when you RAID SSDs so a single larger drive is almost always a better option. Also there is no real advantage to RAID other than in synthetic benchmarks.

Even more insane read/write speeds. Almost double, somewhere around 180% I believe.

Just ordered two of the Kingston today from NewEgg! Can't wait to RAID 0 them. I found some great reviews on running them in RAID.
