Router Question

Hello, I have just bought a new router for my computer. And I am letting my friends use it since of the hard times right now. I made this thread because I wanted to know, is there anyone I can have some pop-up go into their computer (not as a virus) but staying stuff like "HEY WHAT'S UP!!"

It's not related to your router. That just relays your network traffic. Versions of Windows used to be able to send popup messages. I don't know if this is still supported in modern versions. If you are using Windows, do a search on "NET SEND".

Really? I thought since they are connected to my network I pretty much access to their internet since I have their ip address. But ok, thanks!

Sorry another bump. I barely got to check my messages in awhile. Thanks Bigvince again, but it keeps saying that a computer that i'm trying to message it offline, even though they are connected to my internet and are using it. Do they have to download the program too?
