Screen wont fit on my HDTV

I have run the GTX 480 on my 26 inch HDTV. I got a problem. I can only run on a low resolution which is 1176x664. If I run on higher or lower resolutions, the screen wont fit. it stretches out of the view. I cannot run on the max res which is 1920x1080 or not even recommanded res, 1360x768.

Is there any program that I can download and fix this problem? Please help.
