If you pick one of my savegames, I have lots of ammo as
I had Lara hand fight all but a few of the baddies in the
game. This makes it a bit easier to deal with Boaz.

To set things up, stay in front of Boaz, until you shoot
the front two wings off. For the back two wings, holster
weapons to keep the character from turning when you don't
want it to. Run right at Boaz from the front, veer off to
one side, draw weapons, start shooting, and keep pressing
the target key as needed to target the rear wing.

The most annoying thing about this sequence is the character
keeps targeting the now gone front wings, causing you to
have to switch the target often.

If you can switch targeting to manual in TRAOD, then that
would probably help.
