Am I reading this the right way?

So I was looking at CPU-z to see if everything was right with my hardware.

I then clicked the graphics tab and found this:

CPU-z.png

It runs on a Gigabyte P55-UD4 board.

Am I reading this wrong? Shouldnt those two numbers be much higher?

That is when it is running in 2d mode -- the 5xxx series cards downclock themselves to conserve power and lower heat when the card is not in heavy use - when you stress the card the clock speeds will increase but CPU-z shows the current state of the card which is the clock speeds it is showing right now while the system is not using the card heavily.
