SDRAM 133mhz help?

I have a Pentium 3 computer. I want to buy SDRAM.

I am currently having 256MB SDRAM in one slot.

I want to buy 1Gb SDRAM (2 X 512mb).
Should I buy a 32 X 8 (low density) or 64 X 4 (high density) SDRAM.

a quik goooooo-gle search yields lots of posts about the i810 chipset, namely it does not support high density ram, and, only supports 512MB max ram.

might be easier finding a used P4 machine on craigslists or the like.....
