my cabinet got these things...

motherboard:gigabyte s series(N650SLI-DS4L)
processor:INTEL dual core 2.56ghz
ram:now i hav 1 DDR2 2gb (i will change the ram ALSO)
hard drive:sata320gb

Well, the 275 and 285 are last gen, avoid. Single gpu you either have the nvidia gtx480 or the ati 5870, single card you can have the ati 5970. Whether or not they are the best for your system is another matter.

Perhaps you could tell us what resolution you play at and what type of games.

Also, please either use correct english or at least spell it wrong, mistakes are excusable using slang english just means you are an idiot.

Here's some tidbits and resources

http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/30297-nvidia-geforce-gtx-480-review-32.html
480 provides 13% increase in average fps and 19% increase in min fps with 19% increase in price over 5870

http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardware-canucks-reviews/30321-nvidia-geforce-gtx-470-review-32.html
470 provides 10% increase in average fps and 15% increase in min fps with 15% increase in price over 5850

Dollars per frame summary (average of 9 benchmark tests in DX11 at 1920 x 1200, high settings):

ATI 5970 11.93
nVidi 480 10.01
nVidia 470 9.08
ATI 5870 10.59
ATI 5850 9.04

This "review summary" pretty much put it out on the table in a balanced manner.

That pretty much covers it.
Either one would be a very good choice.
What will your future monitor be like? 23" 1920x1080 resolution or higher? Thats the point you need to think about dual cards for max quality gaming graphics and that decides how what type of PSU you will need.
Single HD 5870/GTX 470 or single future video card? An excellent quality 550W-650W PSU CORSAIR 650HX 650W Bronze efficiency and modular cables
Dual HD 5870/GTX 470 or dual future video cards? An excellent quality 750W-850W PSU CORSAIR 850HX 850W Silver efficiency and modular cables
