Hello,
i have nvidia 9400gt graphics card
my operating system is windows 7 nnow
i cant install the nvidia grapics card
this not suporting inthis operating system

You mean you can't install the drivers for your card?

Well, there are separate Drivers for each windows, so you need to download the drivers that support Windows 7

On this page, Select card series and OS as Windows 7 , then dload the drivers. they'll work
