You need to be much more specific. What CPU are you looking at? Why do you need the specifications of the CPU? In general the specs of a CPU are pretty meaningless when trying to judge performance, just look at benchmarks rather than specs.

FSB = front side bus OR QPI = Quick Path Interface
L1, L2, L3 cache = in MB or KB
Fabrication Process = 65nm, 45nm or 32nm
TDP
Pin socket (Packedge) = 775, 1366, 1156, AM3, AM3
And so on.............................
