The Asrock 870 Extreme 3 is always a great price for the features it has. Just stick with an 800 series chipset for USB 3.0 and SATA 6.0 GB/s... and make sure it has 8x/8x or 16x/16x PCIe if you plan on adding another HD6850 in the future.
