Slow speeds

I seem to be getting poor performace from mu SSD, Max Payne 3 is taking six hours to install. Is there any program I can get to test speeds. Its a whole new rig the SSD is an OCX Agility.

if you boot off of an Ubuntu or Fedora LiveCD you can use the disk utility tool palimpsest to test the read/write speed of your drive. click on Benchmark. Select Read or Read/Write.
