Which one is better? ADMtek AN983 or fast etherlink xl 3c905-tx

been googleing,and all i've found is driver downloads and not network benchmarks..
chipset features etc

interested in highest tx/rx lowest ping or speacial features that could help keep data flowing possibly under HA situations..

has qos features disabled..
priority packets :enabled- whats this actually do?
autosense: manually set at 100 full duplex

basic networking features =c
and benchmarking software crashes when is test it =c

i'm also wondering if this card has a better NPU then the amd

it seems to have a dip chip for memory?? and several massive chips..

the "monster nic" has a 400mhz NPU how do i get this info?? do i assume it's 25 mhz x w/e?

the gameing expereince even the internet is diffrent on the 3com
things load quicker..more objects render at the same time..less chatter..
video playback is smoother despite distances or bandwidth..but why??

what are the technical specs / diffrences of these cards? should i always assume a server edition nic is much better quality and performance then another nic even gaming??
