I just used Paragon Migrate 2.0 to copy over my old drive image on an hdd to my new SSD. Everything works great. However, it didn't copy over the HP Recovery partition.
1) is that a problem? I assume it is good to have a windows recovery partition in case things go south? (Although I did create a windows recovery cd).
2) I still have my old HDD plugged into the computer as well and will use that to store documents and whatnot. Since I haven't wiped the old partition, is it possible to tell windows "hey, the recovery partition is still there on that drive instead" and things work well from that? Or is it necessary to have the recovery partition on the same drive as the main OS?
(Computer is HP Dv7t-7000. Old drive was 1 Tb, new SSD is OCZ Agility 3)
