i am using gigabyte N650SLI-DS4L(s series) motherboard can i use ATI HD 5870(DDR5) Gpu in this motherboard??

Sure, however you can only use one. The board is SLI but not Crossfire compatible.
The other thing to make sure of is that your power supply can handle the card.

It's overkill really. From a quality manufacturer like Corsair a 500-600w PSU should be much more than enough.
