ATI Graphics problem

Hi guys, when playing games, I get a terrible draw distance (relates to textures in Cry sis, and shadows in The Sims 3), and shadows appear fuzzy/blurry, with pix-elated edges.

Strangely enough, this issue appeared a few months ago after performing a format and reinstall of Windows 7.

So far, I have tried:
- Swapping my GFX Card for other stock.
- Swapping my motherboard (at request of reseller).
- Clearing CMOS and updating BIOS (at request of ATI).
- Clearing all drivers and updating to latest drivers.
- Adjusting ATI Catalyst settings.
- Adjusting game settings.
- Ensuring that the computer hardware is installed properly.

And nothing has worked, or even improved the problem.
Thanks for the help in advance guys.

hola hocho......we're all here bro....

Okay 1st we ned 2 b sure that it's graph problem, try checking ur RAM,Remove oneslot and play with another ,Of course it'll run slowly but if texture are gud then the problem is in the removed RAM,try fitting removed RAM and taking out the fitted one if problem persists. If After this test both the RAM has same issue then it's confirmed graphic card issue.
Now to solve it easily if done you re god,try refitting the graphics card and mathch the latest driver with ur current one......from ....

now try windows +R and type msconfig now wen you see a window go to startup tab diasble all and then go to the services and clik hide all microsoft services. Then turn off every other program which are useless except antivirus.
RESTART>>>>>>
now when u get up ull get message tat system utility has been change or like......Just okay is.Again go to msconfig and turn all all the start up>>>enable all.

this is how a person in our forum solve,I dont know why this happened but it sounds ridiculous.....really......

PSU is a 750w Antec Truepower, and I just got it swapped at the reseller...the problem has not changed at all.

Also, I can't alter Hardware Acceleration, because my graphics card is not intergrated. ATI uses Catalyst.

My temps are normal during gameplay.

I'll try MSConfig now, but it shouldn't really change anything. But it's worth a shot. Post back soon.
