Decent MOBO?

I was wondering if this mobo is good for high/ultra settings gaming and performance

The reason why I've chosen this mobo is because its one of the cheapest I can get, seems like its good enough and because I have a budget on how much I am spend on my new computer

Can anyone give me any feedback/suggestions. Would like to spend under $100 for a decent gaming mobo

I would download the msi manual off their website and look for voltage adjustments and ram multipliers or ratios in the bios. My msi boards have overclocked pretty well for me. Also check for the fan ports if you need any for case fans. They are scarce on most boards now.
