SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, Graphical Design (Just some powerful photo-shopping not 3Dmax and whatnot), Surfing..

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, Mouse, Speaker.

PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: Any, but must be able to ship internationally. Newegg and such don't work thus. If none are available, I may go to my local computer store as it supports custom purchases.

PARTS PREFERENCES: AMD/ATI. A Motherboard supporting 4 card slots or 5 if possible. Quad-core processor would be good if it can fit into the budget range. 4GB ram.

OVERCLOCKING: Yes

SLI OR CROSSFIRE: Yes

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1600x1200 or 1680x1050

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I'd also like recommendations on sound cards, not too overly priced though.* A cooling unit/fan would be good as well. An optical drive.* Finally, 2 good graphic cards to crossfire from ATI.** DX11 Support please. I also believe I can hit $800 if needed.

This would from Newegg but since that does not work for ya and factoring in very unlikely as juicy combos floating around where u at : tone down to fit your budget ^^
