MSI NF750-G55 - Any Reviewers?

Looking for any reviews for the MSI NF750-G55 motherboard.

I'm thinking of purchasing it since it has a rebate right now. Will be building a simple HTPC box and use HDMI up to the TV for both audio and video. I see it also has the GeForce 8200 video card built in so I can run VDPAU on mythtv.

I have one and the CPU phase control makes the LEDs screech loudly. Maybe mine is defective. I disabled the LEDs in the bios and it stopped. I've had a host of problems since, possibly mobo related but could be a bad CPU.
